Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days. Processing times are separate from the estimated delivery times shown below.

During periods of high demand, including product launches, holidays and sale periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 1–3 working days after dispatch

International / Rest of World: 5–10 working days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, couriers, severe weather or other circumstances outside of our control may affect your delivery date.

International Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a duties and taxes unpaid basis, also known as DAP or DDU.

The price paid at checkout does not include any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or courier handling fees that may be applied when your order enters the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees before or upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country, and RACSO Studio has no control over or responsibility for the amount charged.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to understand any charges that may apply.

If an international order is refused or cannot be delivered because the applicable duties or taxes have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us. Any eligible refund will only be processed once the parcel has been received back. Original shipping charges and any return or customs-related fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered products are subject to our usual shipping procedure and will typically be dispatched within 4–5 weeks after the stated release date, unless a different estimated dispatch date is provided on the product page.
