Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are not offered unless an item is received in a damaged condition. Eligible items may be exchanged or issued as store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached

To request a return or exchange, please contact info@racsostudio.com. A member of our studio team will assist you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit by the courier. All approved returns and exchanges are processed within 14 working days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Complimentary returns are not offered at this time.
